"Echoes of Grace: Listening to the Unborn for Healing and Unity"

An Unborn Child in Heaven

The political war over abortion has raged for decades, dividing societies, polarising opinions, and stirring deep-seated emotions. The Great Unborn Wall seeks to transcend this conflict, representing the voiceless unborn children who were aborted. This initiative calls for a cessation of hostilities, urging people to stop fighting, stop hating, and stop politicising this profoundly personal issue.

But who are we really fighting for? What are we truly defending? Is it our views, beliefs, and reasonings that we brandish as weapons? Do any of us genuinely believe we represent the unborn child? How can we claim to speak for them when their voices remain unheard? Who declared that the unborn are angry, their rights violated, and that they demand protection? Where are these children, and how can we ascertain their desires if they cannot communicate with us?

Imagine, for a moment, if we could hear from the unborn. What would they say? Are their thoughts, emotions, and understandings like ours? Or are they beyond the human realm, perhaps existing in a spiritual plane akin to Heaven? Could they be capable of harboring hate, as we do on Earth?

We often project our human experiences onto the unborn, assuming they think and feel as we do. However, these children never experienced life, love, or loss in the earthly sense. They exist outside our emotional frameworks, untouched by the limitations of human understanding.

Consider Jesus Christ, who, while fully human, spoke and acted from a divine, spiritual perspective. His words and actions were informed by a higher understanding, vastly different from earthly experiences. He resides now in Heaven, alongside angels and the unborn, including those who were aborted. His voice is not one of earthly condemnation but of heavenly compassion.

What, then, would the unborn say? To their parents, they might simply offer this: "You are loved. You are forgiven.". Six words of profound spiritual significance, free from earthly judgment, reflecting divine grace. These words align within John 3:16 - the essence of God’s love—a love so great that He gave His only Son to the world.

The Great Unborn Wall embodies this message, striving to shift the narrative from conflict to compassion. It invites us to listen not with earthly ears but with spiritual understanding, acknowledging the higher, infinite knowledge that surpasses human comprehension. This is not about seeking revenge or justice but about embracing forgiveness and love—the core tenets of our faith.

The Sacred Act of Remembrance

The Great Remembrance

In Luke 22:19, before His death, Jesus sat down with His disciples for the Last Supper and instituted the great remembrance known as "communion" or "The Eucharist," saying, "Do this in remembrance of me." After His death, resurrection, and ascension, Jesus wanted us to remember Him.

But why was it so important for us to remember Jesus? Among the many plausible and valid explanations, the one that stands out to us at The Great Unborn Wall is to remember the Love, Grace, and Gift of Salvation that God has given us through His Son, Jesus Christ.

We believe that, like Christ, the unborn child wants to be remembered. And the only people who know and can remember them are their biological mothers and fathers. Why remember them?

  • To bring dignity: Remembering an aborted child can bring dignity to their life, however short it was.

  • To help people heal: Grieving loss is a critical part of the healing process. Memorial services can provide comfort and support.

  • To deepen commitment: Participating in a day of remembrance can help people deepen their commitment to ending abortion injustice.

  • To offer hope: A day of remembrance can offer hope and healing to people who have been hurt by abortion.

The Great Unborn Ministry of Remembrance

The Great Unborn Wall Memorial

The Great Unborn Wall embodies this unborn ministry of remembrance, providing hope, help, healing, and honour to both the parents and their unborn, unnamed, unseen, unforgotten children. Through conversation and Christ, we strive to shift the narrative from conflict to compassion, listening not with earthly ears but with spiritual understanding, guidance, blessings, and truth. This new conversation is not about seeking revenge or justice but about embracing God's love, forgiveness, and grace—the core tenets of The Great Unborn Wall.

Through The Great Unborn Wall, we aim to foster healing and unity, guiding those affected by abortion toward peace. By recognising the voices of the unborn as carriers of love and forgiveness, we can begin to mend the divides and build a community grounded in empathy and grace.
